Two, some version of your camera feed is already going to them the moment you accept, in which case whatever you looked like while sprinting to your desk is what they got. Without a confirmed answer from the platform, it's unverified. Don't take my worried speculation as fact - take it as a reason to assume the worst-case and act accordingly.

Why did they hang up, and what do you do about it?

And if the calls keep coming in cold with no message first, maybe set expectations in your profile that buyers should message before requesting video.
