TLDR

When I started camming, I assumed blasting my stream to every site at once was the obvious growth hack. It isn't - and learning that the slow way can cost you accounts you badly need. Here's what I wish someone had told me before I touched restreaming software.

Can you technically stream to multiple sites at once?

Yes, and honestly, this is the easiest part of the whole question. OBS can output to more than one RTMP endpoint, and restreaming services exist specifically to take one feed and push it to multiple destinations simultaneously.
